1. Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in the original packaging, including the dropper and bottle.

  • A proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

     

  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

     

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or bank transfer.

     

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank’s policies.

3. Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., received 30ml instead of 50ml), contact us immediately.

  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or used, as Araam Oil is a personal care product.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
